The Improve Group showcases productivity improvement programmes to the manufacturing and process industries.

The Improve Group provides productivity improvement programmes and resources including a range of services that complement “LEAN” practices, in Australasia.

The Improve Group’s programmes include Competitive Manufacturing coaching (Gov.funded) and consulting.

Due to an increased demand from all sectors, The Improve Group has now expanded its services to include a series of “LEAN” public workshops and Operational Excellence programmes. Each of these programmes will be showcased at this year’s Brisbane QMAN Expo.

The Improve Group’s Competitive Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programmes help create transformations for business through the elimination of non-value adding activities, using “lean” principles.

“Lean” is a way of thinking about how a product or service flows through a series of processes in an efficient way, and in a way that it must create value. It increases workflow and reduces waste and can be applied to any area within a business that contains a process.

Lean principles are incorporated into all of The Improve Group’s coaching but up until recently, were only available to the manufacturing and process sectors.

“Lean Office”, “Lean Manufacturing”, “Lean Healthcare”, “Lean Aviation”, “Lean Supply Chain”, “Lean Construction” and “Lean Administration” have each been developed to help industry apply “Lean” to their organisations.

The Improve Group’s range of programmes showcased at this year’s QMAN expo will give manufacturers opportunities to network with peers through its onsite and in-house learning programmes.
