Building on its success in the U.S. market, Aveksa chose this location to address increasing demand for its access governance solutions in EMEA.
(Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Aveksa has selected Brent Thurrell as its managing director of EMEA sales to lead the company's market expansion efforts in the region. In addition, Aveksa announced the signing of a premier European financial services company as a customer for the Aveksa Access Governance Platform.

Thurrell will be responsible for managing Aveksa's sales and business development endeavors in EMEA. He brings over 10 years of experience in the IT software, hardware and professional services in the U.K. This includes five years of sales and business development experience in the identity and access management industry at enterprise role management technology provider Vaau, as well as identity management consultant Enline, PLC. Thurrell has also held the position of sales manager at both Capita, PLC and Xerox (U.K.) Ltd.
The opening of the London office and hiring of Thurrell coincide with a significant customer win for Aveksa in the EMEA region.
