P3 Software is proud to announce another major upgrade for the P3Expeditor system. As with all upgrades to P3Expeditor, it is free for licensed users. UPDATE NOW by using the "Global/Update Application" function on the main screen of P3Expeditor.

The new upgrade includes many new features, enhancements and fixes. These are detailed in the release notes available on our web site. Below are some of the key features and benefits of the new release.

For All Users: security and convenience

- To protect your data, if another user tries to open your jobs with an older version of P3Expeditor, they will be asked to update their copy of P3Expeditor.
- Adjustments that you make to column widths in the Job List dialog will now become default settings.

For Resellers: flexibility, speed and accuracy developing proposals

- Proposal prices can now be computed in two ways: using a margin percentage or a mark up percentage.
- A new function allows you to insert your job specifications into the proposal item description field where the text can be further edited.

For Multiple Users and Enterprise Administrators: control and convenience

- Jobs can easily be reassigned from one project or customer to another. This is especially helpful for cleaning up databases.
- The Enterprise user table now tracks what version of Expeditor each user is on, making it easier for administrators to monitor upgrades.
- Tools have been added to manage a set of standard company logos and enterprise messages.

For QuickBooks Users: compatibility and timesavings

- Invoices built using P3Expeditor can be directly exported/synchronized into QuickBooks.
- P3Expedior is now compatible with QuickBooks Canada 2007 in addition to the US version.
