Oracle PartnerNetwork Competency Center Helps Partners Rapidly and Effectively Increase Oracle Product Proficiency to Help Drive Customer Satisfaction and ROI

Oracle today announced the global availability of its new Oracle PartnerNetwork Competency Center tool. The Competency Center, found within the Oracle PartnerNetwork Portal and available free to Oracle PartnerNetwork members, is designed to help partners train more efficiently on Oracle products by generating a custom-designed curriculum based on partners' performance and personal attributes.

The Oracle PartnerNetwork Competency Center improves the way partners leverage the thousands of hours of online training, Guided Learning Paths, discounts on Oracle University instructor-led training, and other curricula available to Oracle partners.

Using a dynamic content management system, the Oracle PartnerNetwork Competency Center is one of the only training systems that takes a prescriptive approach and suggests a custom Guided Learning Path based on an individual's current skill level determined by a pre-assessment test. The custom learning path contains only the courses where the partner should have further study, simplifying his or her need to sort through hundreds of online courses. The customized features of the Oracle PartnerNetwork Competency Center allow each individual to track progress and set training goals to achieve product accreditation faster.
