Integral Part of Partnership Includes Development of GPS/RFID Security Tracking of Shipping Containers and Cargo

Global General Technologies, Inc.announced today that the company will expand a previously announced strategic alliance with To-Tel-Net Logistics LLC, a purveyor and innovator of global positioning system (GPS) technology, to provide direct to consumer security and managed location services addressing three target markets: children, elderly and the chronically ill, in addition to the integration of Silent Soldier for second tier applications.

SmartWear Technologies, the newly acquired subsidiary, had previously announced the strategic alliance with To-Tel-Net Logistics LLC. With the merger now complete, the expanded relationship will also focus on applications for shipping cargo container identification, location and content verification. Port security solutions are expected to provide the company with worldwide opportunities arising from this relationship.

GLGT will supply the company's RFID and wireless security components to the To-Tel-Net's SeaPort entry Pilot Program; which is an essential part of the company's most advanced GPS/RFID security system.

One of the most critical terror-related security challenges existing in the US today are seaport cargo containers entering the country's seaports. The existing seaport cargo security methodology is cumbersome, costly, time consuming and unreliable. Both companies believe the advanced GPS security technology, which includes its latest self-generating, renewable power source, will provide a more accurate and reliable solution to this enormous security risk.

Second tier solutions will provide identity and location services for students, inmates and others in transit through the implementation of RFID-enabled tagging on individuals working in concert with GPS enabled vehicles, as well as integration of the Silent Soldier perimeter security, providing identity location of military and civilians in-country, via a wireless platform.
