By delivering improved means to convert documents and checks into usable electronic information, Kodak announced the newest version of its software for check scanning at the AIIM Exposition and Conference, March 3-6, in Boston.

KODAK t6000 Internet Client Software, version 3.15 supports full page document scanners, eliminating the need for dedicated check scanning devices. A broad array of transaction documents, including invoices, correspondence, payment envelopes, coupons and checks, can now be processed through the same capture device. The KODAK i40 and i1320 Scanners are among the first that new software supports.

Businesses facing risks from intrusion or fraud can rely on the KODAK t6000 Internet Client Software application to provide enhanced security with dual factor authentication features and password protected and encrypted file output capabilities. Information secured for transactions is immediately available for use in business applications, such as accounts receivable and data archives.

Ease of use is enhanced with available web based training that guides users on how to facilitate easier implementation of the remote deposit capture platform. Both interactive and demonstration modes of the training are available to customers.

KODAK t6000 Internet Client Software is compatible with MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP Professional SP2, MICROSOFT WINDOWS 2000 Professional with SP4, MICROSOFT VISTA Business and Ultimate Edition.
