Synopsis

Workplace Security and the need to protect one’s industry against acts of Workplace violence is a matter of reality which should not be swept under the carpet. Security as I know it is everyone's business and a collaborative effort. Relying totally on the Security Director to manage the individual situations is suggesting leadership does not have a role in prevention and detection of potentially hostile incidents
