Impact Achievement Group, Inc. announced the availability of StudyGroups, a series of blended, distributed training sessions that focus on the key competencies of performance management.

The eStudyGroups integrate the company's Performance Advantage SimSeries program of self-paced tutorials and simulations. The topic areas include Principles of Effective Leadership, Performance Based Management, Performance Based Coaching, Managing Workplace Discussions, and Performance Problem Discussions.

With eStudyGroup, following their completion of each self-study SimSeries topic, up to five participants engage in a conference call with a certified facilitator to discuss key learning points, expand on the application in their role, and take part in Q&A opportunities.

All elements are designed to ensure comprehension and mastery of the most critical leadership skills for managing employee performance.

Afterwards, study group participants receive training in the facilitator-led call to further reinforce the SimSeries topic. Customers benefit by blending both self-directed learning and instructor-led training available for small groups that need focused development, executive teams needing to align concepts, language and models developed with their front line and middle managers, and to reinforce and continue learning among those managers attending the full onsite workshops.
