
Jeff Frater, RN, CCM, and Jill Hastings, RN, PAHM, have joined Seattle-based Milliman Care Guidelines LLC, A Milliman Company, as clinical trainers.
Frater is a Certified Case Manager and president-elect of the Case Management Society of America, the industry's leading professional association for case managers. Hastings holds a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management designation, and has extensive clinical systems implementation and development experience. With these two latest additions, Milliman Care Guidelines now has nine professional trainers.
