IT products distributor expands business continuity solutions offering, adding new support and products for Linux and virtual server environments

The Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Division of Tech Data Corporation today expanded its support for value-added resellers (VARs) deploying business continuity and disaster recovery solutions. The company announced that it is the exclusive distributor for SteelEye Technology Inc., offering VARs access to the vendor's data replication software for physical and virtual servers running Windows or Linux operating systems. Additionally, next month's AIS Partner Summit will help educate VARs on how server virtualization is enabling them to deliver more efficient and profitable business continuity solutions.
