Anita Kellogg is a Certified Emergency Manager with 17 years of experience helping communities to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural, technological, and terrorist events. Ms. Kellogg has worked for local and state governments, and now at the federal level as a consultant. She is currently managing ICF Consulting’s support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate, to support the preparation of the National Infrastructure Protection Plan. She has previously managed project work for DHS/FEMA, EPA, DOE, and the DHS/Office for Domestic Preparedness.
