ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced executive appointments in ACE Risk Management(R), all of which are based in New York City. ACE Risk Management (ARM) offers comprehensive risk management programs and services, which are uniquely designed and customized to assist companies in any industry deal with the significant cost of financing and managing risk.

Tony Apriceno: Mr. Apriceno has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President and Director of National Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for overseeing the marketing department and further developing the ACE Risk Management distribution channel. He joined ACE USA in November 2003 as Senior Vice President and Director of Field Operations. Mr. Apriceno most recently served as Executive Vice President and Director of Field Operations for the Central and Western regions. His previous experience includes spending ten years at Royal & SunAlliance, where he served in several underwriting management roles. He also held several underwriting management positions with an ACE subsidiary.

Jay Lefkowitz: Mr. Lefkowitz has been named Executive Vice President and Director of Field Operations, and has expanded his responsibilities to include the Midwest territory. In addition, he will also oversee the following branch office operations: Chicago, New York, Atlanta and Boston. Mr. Lefkowitz most recently served as Executive Vice President and Director of Field Operations for the Eastern Region. He joined ACE USA in November 1999 as Senior Vice President of the Financial Solutions Group and Northeast Regional Executive. With more than 22 years of experience in the large-risk arena, prior to his tenure with ACE USA, Mr. Lefkowitz previously served in a variety of senior leadership and national accounts underwriting roles at AIG, CNA, Atlantic Mutual and Home Insurance.

Ken Riegler: Mr. Riegler has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Director of Field Operations for the following regions: Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Philadelphia. He most recently held the position as Executive Vice President, National Business Development and Client Services and also served as Boston Branch Manager and Regional Manager of ACE Risk Management's Pacific Region. Mr. Riegler joined ACE USA in 1999, after holding various management positions with Reliance Insurance Company's National Risk Management Division and New Jersey Manufacturer's Insurance Company.
