Synopsis
The paper focuses on a retail environment, however activism is an issue which is relevant to all organisations. September 11th and the subsequent war on terrorism has resulted in some of the more extreme activist groups ‘keeping their heads down’ but don’t equate quiescence with a reduction in the risk. There is a real threat that needs to be assessed by each and every business.
