James H. Thomas Jr. is a market intelligence consultant who served for 26 years as a federal intelligence officer. He is managing director of the J Thomas Group Inc., specializing in the development of strategic business intelligence and counterintelligence systems. He developed the business intelligence system for three Fortune 100 companies and numerous smaller companies.
