Background & History:
Mr. Sikich leads Logical Management Systems, Corp.’s enterprise assurance, strategic mapping, crisis management, continuity and disaster recovery consulting services. He has developed over 500 “integrated” continuity plans for clients worldwide. Prior to founding Logical Management Systems, Corp., Mr. Sikich served in key management roles for several major consulting and accounting firms. He has functioned as project director and consultant for numerous Fortune 100 firms addressing some of the highest profile crisis situations throughout the world. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Sikich is a recognized expert in the field of crisis management planning, crisis containment, and continuity management. He is the author of "It Can't Happen Here: All Hazards Crisis Management Planning," PennWell, 1993, "The Emergency Management Planning Handbook," McGraw-Hill 1995, "The Emergency Management Planning Handbook," Spanish Edition, McGraw-Hill 1998 and over 110 articles and has conducted over 100 presentations on crisis management and continuity issues worldwide. His latest book is "Integrated Business Continuity: Maintaining Resilience in Uncertain Times," PennWell Books 2003. He is a lifetime member of The Association of Former Intelligence Officers and a member of XBHR Global Forum for Cross-Border HR Experts.

Education:
He is a graduate of Indiana State University and The University of Texas at El Paso. He is recognized internationally as a speaker and symposium leader, having developed executive level courses on crisis management; continuity planning; vulnerability; risk and threat assessment; regulatory compliance; terrorism and workplace violence prevention.
