- Provides a CD format that is indexed in order for you to make changes and produce your own CD after the contract terminates.
- Includes a one-year free service of EM Assist – EOC Library and Public Gateway to the Internet. This is a thoroughly-researched reference library that contains over 8,000 downloaded documents and 30,000 links.
- Interactive – We will prepare slide presentations for you to brief Response Organizations on organization of plan and concept of operations, or if you choose we will do the briefing.
- Concept of Operations that we recommend is based on ESF Support structure of Federal Response Plan; Incident Command System; Unified Command and Levels of Response. Support Services Include:
- Authorities Section – Provides copies of applicable federal and state laws that are related to emergency management in Alabama.
- Support Documents – Contains documents developed by the Federal Government that provide guidelines and guidance on specific functional and hazard areas.
- We recommend the EOP be organized in a format and structure similar to the 12 primary annexes of the Federal Response Plan. We also recommend developing11 other support annexes for a complete EOP.
