The company is also introducing AlarmPoint Service Provider. This latest release of AlarmPoint provides multi-tenant and managed services capabilities as well as new advanced integrations to leading HP Software, IBM Tivoli and BMC Software applications. AlarmPoint Version 4.0 enables embedded capability to combine ITSM Information Delivery with Business Continuity alerts, dramatically lowering costs for AlarmPoint customers.

- Embedded Business Continuity Functionality: AlarmPoint Enterprise and AlarmPoint Service Provider customers may now utilize embedded Continuity of Operations and Business Continuity features to combine IT and Continuity incidents across a common platform ensuring inter-departmental coordination, quicker response times and increased success with incident and service management. This new capability reduces an enterprise's cost structure by eliminating the need for third party providers of Business Continuity alerting services.

- Advanced Integration Support: All product levels of AlarmPoint now support advanced integrations to popular HP Software, BMC Software and IBM Tivoli products in the areas of Network Management, Service Delivery, Service Automation and Service Support. This new capability provides a consistent framework for Information Request Management, Information Delivery and Remote Action Enablement across multi-vendor environments.
