Biography
Dr. Thermos founded Strategic Technology Group, in 1989. Dr. Thermos carries a Magna Cum Laude Law Degree (LL.B.), a Cum Laude BA, MA in Criminology, MA in Education, and Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice, in addition to his military training as NATO Navy Cryptographer, Electronic Countermeasures and Communications Specialist.After 15-years as adjunct faculty and administrator at Boston and Europe based NATO affiliated Universities. Dr. Thermos assumed full time consulting in 1989, as his first designs for the Ivy League appeared in New England.

A frequent presenter in the national forums of NACCU, NACUBO, NACAS, ACUHO and others, Dr. Thermos is the originator and designer of a multitude of systems from Harvard U. and Brown U., to BYU. He is the designer of many SUNY Schools and the Private Ivy League in the North East (Dartmouth, Colby, Bowdoin etc.). Since 1989, he serves numerous institutions with complete campus-wide designs, from Maine to Florida. He was entrusted with technology selection and system implementation management of over 17 million dollars in security related capital and retrofit projects.

Dr. Thermos provides an energetic hands-on management style in all aspects of Security Technology Automation and One Card integration including databases and network management, personnel training, liability and litigation issues, legislative initiatives, Security Protocols and Emergency Procedures, accurate budget projections, staggered implementations, and Regulation E. A number of his publications, by-liners and articles appear in the Access Control Magazine, and he maintains an extensive article archive in his web site, free for all to access and benefit.
